I ordered a Bacon & Swiss Buttery Smashed Jack™ but got something completly different, wrong cheese and it had pickles and onions. I also ordered a large fry but got a medium.

Lettuce wasnt fresh and the fries and tacos tasted like they'd been sitting out for hours. Chicken tasted like old grease. None of it was even edible.

Second time ordering. Wont order from here again. Sourdough Jack® was cold because they didn't prepare it correctly. 5pc Mini Cinnis were not that warm and didn't taste great. I feel like I get better service when I'm actually at the store vs DoorDash.
