I bought a Large Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club Combo and was given a medium chicken patty. So I paid full price for a smaller patty.

Large Sourdough Jack® Combo the sandwich was hard the fries were old and the lemonade was not lemonade
Large Jack's Spicy Chicken® w/ Cheese Combo fries were old and drink was not what was order
Large Chicken Nuggets (8) Combo chicken nuggets were old and dry the fries were old Sprite was just not Sprite it was the fizz without flavor

I wish they would put food like fries and tacos consistently facing up. The food ends up in the bag or on the floor. They have a nice variety of food but it's usually prepared sloppy and it's always cold.
