I ordered balsamic vinaigrette dressing, and I received buttermilk. Dietary and medical issues.. 66 year-old senior citizen.. This is not the first issue across the board with the DoorDash delivery. It is not the driver's fault today. It was Jack in the box. Employees fault reading is fundamental.

The onions rings & jalapeno poppers being over cooked to crisp, especially with no sauces for that is unnecessary  especially when the option is given to add condiments when you order through a 3rd party.

I normally like Jack but this recent order was disappointing. The strips seemed stale and they weren't spicy. They've done better and can do better than this.

The Jumbo Egg Rolls (3) are always good. So is the Chicken Teriyaki Bowl especially when you add extra veggies like I did. Didn't get them this time tho?

food seemed old and cold, the pita bread was super hard and tosted. the sause had a bad taste! horrible.
