There is always a item missing from the order from this location. The boba in the tea was also so hard it was pretty much inedible really disappointing I ended up getting a refund for the whole order. They also use Taco Bell bags which is so odd

Chicken burger was dry & bread was stale, as well as the cheese was not melted like it is advertised and I've received prior to this order. I did order late night... but it's the late night special it should be fresh lol

6pc Classic French Toast Sticks are a hidden gem.. Mini Churros (5) on the other hand are getting overcooked 7/10 times i DoorDash but still great - especially for those who like them crunchier

They have some real delicious Grande Sausage Breakfast Burrito they are delicious and not to spicy, along with a Hash Browns and Orange Juice make the perfect combination.

First they missed a drink, foods cold, no sauces, drinks only coke even though we all ordered different drinks, and we called multiple times and after a few seconds they hung up. Please don't order from here! We spent $70 for bad quality service and food. I love Jack in the box and my local never treated me this poorly. Never ordering from this Jack again.
