Those Two Tacos were absolutely amazing —the best I ever had (from Jack n the Box). I'm gonna need a do-over please. Right now. Oh and the Large Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger™ Combo was outstanding

The Onion Rings were very dry & didn't have much taste to them, so much so that I only ate half of 1, but the Loaded Breakfast Sandwich would have been much better if the bacon was fully cooked & had a croissant option.

While this drink is amazing, the customer service I received was horrible. I ordered a $6 drink as part of an order that was close to $30. But because I ordered no ice, my cup was only partially filled. When asked to fill it, the reponse was that it wasn't allowed because the ice wasn't added. That came off petty and cheap to me.

I have been a fan of Jack n the Box for years and still like certain items a lot,just seems lately the workers dont care.The food is always sealed,a good thing so are the drinks.I pay for extra add ons and very seldom get them,like extra egg or whatever.This place is close and sometimes my food just plain cold a lot of times,I dont own a microwave for my personal health reasons. I have a right to complain , at this time I am partially disable and depend on delivery,I just want my purchase correct.The burritos are another story.Are there not managers anymore or team leaders?Burritto fell apart it wasn't rolled it was folded.
