This was the 3rd time I ordered the egg rolls on the side of the Chicken Teriyaki & rice bowl. Jack In The Box's egg rolls are the very best I've eaten anywhere, including in the very best restaurant's at San Francisco's Chinatown. I really love Jack's egg rolls, which are wrapped with Won Ton Wrappers. They are not greasy & are crunchy on the outside & have the most delicious filling. Jack In The Box always forgets or fails to include my choice of dipping sauces, though. TheIr order form REQUIRES orderer's to select their choice of dipping sauces for their Egg Rolls. I make certain to select the sweet & sour sauce (at no extra charge) & it is included in my order. However, all 3 times I've ordered delivery food from Jack In The Box, no dipping sauce was ever contained with my order. Not once in the 3 times I made my selection & checked to make certain the dipping sauce was selected when I reviewed my order. Not once was dipping sauce in my order bag..
The Chicken Teriyaki Bowl has been delicious, too. However, there have never been any plastic Utensils in my bagged order. Where I'm disabled & completely Handicapped for over 23 years & I just moved into a triplex here & am unable to walk steadily & fall down easily, I have not been capable of unpacking yet. It's disappointing for the condiments to repeatedly be left out of my order. I'm not unpackedyet & repeatedly plastic utensils are not included in my bag either. Where I'm still not unpacked yet, I need a plastic fork or a spoon to eat rice,ŕ vegetables & chicken teriyaki from a bowl unpacked. when my order total is over $25.00, I believe the LEAST Jack In The Box can do is include the selected dipping sauce ordered & especially include either a plastic fork or a spoon to be able to eat my chicken Teriyaki rice bowl with utensils & not with my fingers! Am I right? The food I've ordered has been excellent, however.

Never really disappointed with Jack in the Box. Sometimes the burgers are made messily or the fries are a little over done but other than that they're amazing. Love it!
