I ordered the large ultimate cheeseburger combo, the fries was old,hard and stale, The bun was hard Out of a large curly fries I can only eat two fries This is the worst food I have ever ordered from Jack-in-the-Box or anywhere else

Ordered Meat Lovers Burrito as usual, bacon replaced with a pile of salty bacon bits. Jumbo Jack® meat was in pieces, looked like it fell and was run over. Horrible

I am eight blocks away from them all of my food was cold, nothing was fixed fresh, the cheese was like rubber, the split top bun was hard as a rock like it was under the heat lamp all day
