Great sandwiches but the fries are never hot and crispy unless youre in person at the restaurant and ask for it

everything taste terrible besides the soda. sourdough jack is super hard and taste old. the bread is stale. mini tacos and onion rings have a bad taste like really old fry oil. All items have a bad taste.

Spicy popcorn chicken had a lot of hard pieces and I couldn't even bite into it and fries didn't taste fresh and hot
