I made the order for the Oreo milkshake. I justified a $30 purchase to satisfy a craving. No milkshake, no offer of refund, instead I received a Fruit Punch Hi-C. Not one bit of this feels ok. I will not use door dash or Jack in the Box in the future.

Chicken fajita was wrong and cold, salad must have been sitting in the fridge for days the cheese was stuck together and gooey and the lettuce was wilted. gross
