The Side Salads never let me down. I wish they add spinach though. Regardless, always fresh and usually my go to when money is tight but gotta eat healthier. Thank you, Jack! Thank you JIB team for making fresh salads for me.

Everything was good, only real issue was I ordered a tea and it was just colored water. I've worked fast food before, I'm aware of how this could slip by the employees, but thats also why I encourage someone to have the drinks syrup levels checked first. I can't have soda, and water wasn't an option on the app, so the tea was my only option and it being just colored water definitely ruined a part of the experience.

Food is good, but I wouldnt recommend ordering any drinks or sauces to go with your food because they WILL forget it. My $50 order was supposed to have 2 drinks and 4 sauces and none of them were included in the order.

The burgers was not freshly cooked and they did not put any tomatoes on the Double Jack® . The was Ultimate Cheeseburger™ was not freshly cooked.
