First time disappointed! Everything overcooked.
Onion Rings hard and overcooked; hamburger meat is overcooked, too. Delivery is okay, but mostly near cold food. It seems to sit at the drive-thru too long. I live across the street.

Jack's Spicy Chicken® was dry could barely bite into it Spicy Crispy Jack Wrap was cooked properly and was good other than that im shocked
