jack quality has gone downhill. makes McDonald's quality that much more obvious. i used to be a jack fan. now they serve stale old food, greasy old fries. their signature curly fries just aren't up to standard.
The milkshake seemed promising until there was just solid chunks of what appeared to be cream or whip cream. They tasted slightly bitter and had the consistency of old birthday cake icings
i think they should focus on less items on the menu and improving quality and freshness.

Food takes EXTREMELY LONG to make. almost waited 1 WHOLE hour just for my order to be ready and handed to my dasher!! not just that, but everything i ordered was stale! from fries to the bacon, it was just stale. Not worth the wait, not worth the money, not worth it at all. this happened happened at 4 am

The Supreme Croissant does not have any ham on it, only bacon. The side of the bread is all burnt. The Chocolate Overload™ Cake and Large Coca-Cola® are all okay. I'm complaining about the Supreme Croissant
