• DoorDash orderjack quality has gone downhill. makes McDonald's quality that much more obvious. i used to be a jack fan. now they serve stale old food, greasy old fries. their signature curly fries just aren't up to standard.
The milkshake seemed promising until there was just solid chunks of what appeared to be cream or whip cream. They tasted slightly bitter and had the consistency of old birthday cake icings
i think they should focus on less items on the menu and improving quality and freshness.
