The fries were cold because the workers are alway givs out old fries inst of drop fresh ones. There is no way my food should be cold at all, gving the fact that im only 0.6 miles away. I'm very dissatisfied!!

$30.64 for 5pc Crispy Chicken Strips Combo with strawberry shake for the drink. Had a Lg Dr Pepper® no ice on order for backup due to last order missing shake.
Fries, cold. Tenders warm. Shake was substituted because they are out of strawberry. Had to make note this time for Dasher to verify the order. Communicated to me theres no strawberry. I asked for a substitution since originally I put on my order just cancel. Gave them the benefit of the doubt. He responded no chocolate.
I was responding and as soon as I hit send, they done picked up my order. So I have no idea what's going on.
Order arrives, got the substitution, great. Soda, perfect. Meal... missing 2 tenders. I do not understand why something that's normally ordered more on my part is constantly a thumbs down.
Final thing... Bag was not sealed with a fresh sealed label.
