Burrito & burger were great! Curly fries (both large orders) were TERRIBLE :( they were hard...like couldn't bite through the fry kind of hard! Was a bummer, and the first time that's ever happened to us.

My mini tacos were so disappointing! I don't eat fast food often so when I do it's special but my tiny taco box had almost a bite of lettuce only and was soggy soggy yuck. Daughters fries were stale ... do better Jack n the box

Not a single modification was followed, the Large Jack's Spicy Chicken® Combo had cheese and tomato on it... the Large Sourdough Jack® Combo barely had anything on it besides the patty.
None of the requested sauces were given.
All of the food was cold and the fries clearly were very old.
The Strawberry Shake had whipped cream included in it but they made sure to exclude the cherries in the Chocolate Shake.
Will try again later for comparison, hoping the timing was just a misfortune one and this isn't the local Jack's normal quality output.
