the egg roll are very very good..excellent dasher..the tacos also good...Jack's is very good deal compared to other fast foods..jumbo jack is always consistent..thanx JACKS

Everytime I order Jack in The Box the food is always cold. When I order a jumbo jack, my burger is always cold, the meat is always hard, and the bun is always hard. When I order it with fries, my fries are always cold and soggy. They usually always forget my sauce to. When I first ordered Jack in the box a while ago they never did this. I was always happy with my order. My Burger and fries were always hot and crispy the way I wanted it, and they always remembered my sauce. I don't know what happened. Jack in The Box, do better.

Always mistakes when I doordash here. First time I didn't receive my side of fries, this time I put no mustard, mayo, and cheese on the burger, but they decided no bacon too.

Would just like to mention that even though my order pickup time was 30 minutes after I placed mines for pickup that when picking up the order it was still hot. They even waited till I arrived to make the shake, which I appreciate, so it wasn't halfway melted . Thank you to whomever the cashier and cook were .
