Food was well organized in the bag, and you can tell the oil used to fry food is regularly changed; fried food tasted fresh. The Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger was great, the patties were still hot, and just enough sauce to add flavor without overpowering everything else. Food also came with all additional sauces and items requested. No worry about straws, extra sauces, or napkins.

I just ordered the Snoop's Munchie Meal . It has to be the best fast food experience I've ever had. The Spicy Loaded Chicken Sandwich was AMAZING! The Taco was great as always. Curly Fries were perfect. The brownie? Dense, dark, chewy tasted like it came from a high end bakery.
Good job Jack In the Box and DoorDash.
Please keep the sandwich and brownie on your menu.

The food itself was awesome, but word of advice the new Milk Tea w/ Boba is literally nasty. The boba is a gross mushy texture and the milk tea itself tastes almost like someone spilled chemical cleaner inside the cup. Maybe it was just me though. Overall, great food! Just avoid the milk tea boba lol.

Once again, my order was wrong. Ordered a Large Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger™ Combo and got a Jumbo Jack. Didn't even get the fries (which come with a Combo meal).
I tried calling the store directly at the number listed on the internet 916-729-5552 and got a recording that the number was not in service. Fortunately, I contacted Doordash for assistance and they promptly refunded my money even though it was NOT their mistake.
I generally never have any issues with Jack in the Box except at the 8655 Auburn Blvd location. Unfortunately my door dash defaults to that particular store. ☹️
If anyone knows how I can change the location let me know. Until then, no more Jack in the box orders (from that location)!
