They cut corners and never follow instructions. They refuse to give out taco sauce, when ordering tacos, and it is clearly asked for. Several times the cheese on our items has been cut in half. Im assuming to save money. This is the worst location.

Jack in the box is usually awesome. The food last night was aweful. The sourdough jack burger was really dry and the bread had a ton of butter on it but they didn't toast it at all. Won't be doing late night again anytime soon.

Food was ok. They wanna charge $9.11 for the ultimate cheeseburger but it should really only be like $4 based on flavor/quality. The tacos are always craveable tho.

The food was cold, not even room temperature. We didn't get any of the condiments we asked for. We were missing our Crispy Chicken Fajita Jack Wrap and the drink wasn't filled all the way. The sandwich has a penny sized amount of ranch, 1 small slice of cheese that covered half of the actual chicken, 1 thin piece of lettuce, and 2 tiny slices of tomato. And there was maybe 2 crumbled bacon bits on it. We didn't eat anything all day, so we ate it anyways, but I would've wanted a full refund. Everything was absolutely terrible.

You used to make the best shakes around, not anymore. I don't know if you are not using real ice cream but it didn't taste like it used to. It had no vanilla flavoring and it didn't taste like anything you ever made before. I won't buy it again.
