Sourdough Jack® had a very small meat patty and no tomato. With one piece of bacon. My Two Tacos had no lettuce no cheese and no sauce. Very dry. Disappoited with all of my meal. Except New York Style Cheesecake it was prepackaged.

Very good, food is always up to expectations and it now looks like Jack's is following other delivery stores and tamper-proofing the bags and drinks for food safety...Makes me HAPPY that stores/restaurants are getting onboard with Tamper-Proof Food Safety precautions.!

Milk Tea w/ Boba smaller than described in the picture. Taste good, but price isn't worth amount in my opinion. Large Ultimate Cheeseburger™ Combo was great!

FOOD WAS COLD AND OLD.
MY Ultimate Cheeseburger™ meat looked like it sat under. the heat lamps for hours. Large French Fry were rubbery and cold. The Supreme Croissant again looked old. Horrible especially since I paid extra for it to be delivered to me directly. The delivery was on time. VERY DISAPPOINTED
