The sourdough jack sandwich were soggy and not toasted long enough. Last time we ordered them, they were perfect. Too much cream in coffee.

I am once again disappointed in this Jack in the box. They can't get any orders right. My amazng dasher called when the ice cream maker shut off and had them replace it with dr peppers. But they messed up the burger and the tacos. I ordered each individually but they put it all in a late night munchy box. No sauce for my friends mini tacos and did not take the ketchup off my burger. Then charged each item individually. My amazing dasher tried calling them and they hung up on her.
