Asked for xtra teriyaki, but came with barely any teriyaki, was absolutely tasteless, went in the garbage, and overpriced

We ordered through Door Dash and when it said our food was on the way, we could see was way the driver was going. We could see it was in no way the route to our house. It also never said they were delivering another order. Suddenly, we get a message stating our order was cancelled due to an "unexpected issue with the driver." So we could get our money back, or get it refunded. If we opted to get credit, they offered to give us expedited delivery. Although with all the issues with door dash, that have become a usual occurrence, Jack InTheBox's food was very good and tasty. It was also fresh and hot. I think if I could give JITB any advice, as a customer, it would be to check the orders be sending them out to make sure the sauce requested is in the bag, make sure the soda's are correct and napkins and straws are in the bag. The soda issue happens more times than not, and with them being flat. JITB has great menu items, if they just made sure all requested items are indeed in the bag.
