Ordered the Bacon Double Smashed Jack as well as a Large Pineapple Express Shake. Burger was decent, and the shake was great, it had a pineapple cream sickle like taste to it.

very poor food quality, got a lot of the order wrong as well. the tacos were old and soggy, the burgers had been sitting for quite some time and had no sauce at all on them. the fries were old and they gave us the wrong drinks, definitely never ordering from this Jack n the box again

my chicken ranch club sandwich was way overcooked. like trying to eat fried cardboard. the fries were unsavory and tasted like they were cooked in motor oil. normally I am quite satisfied with Jack in the box but today was not their A-game. very disappointed

I got the boba milk tea, which was better than expected, but I was only given a regular soda straw and not one fot for boba. Otherwise the meal was good
