The sourdough bread was burned and all of the sauce was on one side of the burger so I got mouthfuls of ketchup and mayo and the other half was dry and burned. Not a pleasant eating experience.

All of our "Large" Fries where half full, Laying down in the bag and crushed flat. First time with very bad service and food.

The burger had a very strong chemical taste and smell to it. My best guess is night shift forgot to wipe down the grills with a grill towel that was soaked in water after cleaning with the heat activated cleaning solution.

Burger seemed like it was smushed and fries werent filled all the way (stores fault). They also forgot my sauce that I selected. The drink had no ice like I requested which is pro the only postive thing.
