For months every single order from this location has had something missing (like a whole sandwich) or completely not what I ordered (ordered a boba milkshake and ended up with a small iced coffee somehow) If you need to order for multiple people, you probably aren't going to get everyone's food if you order here. You will likely have to get a refund and reorder. And the food quality is embarrassing tbh. I always end up with a half-full carton of dry, burnt, unsalted, stale shards of fries and consistently get the wateriest fountain drinks ever here no matter the flavor. I am unsure what is going on there, maybe it's mgmt or tech issues, but I've worked in fast food and am truly baffled at how consistently it feels like my order was half-read before being filled and sent out. perhaps it is just too busy with orders coming from all sides. But if you're gonna pay the fees for deliveries, unfortunately I'd advise going elsewhere to get something actually tasty and correct, the first time.

My order shouldn't have taken 35 minutes for my dasher to pick it up from the store even if there's 2 people working. I ordered one meal. The burger looked like a slider, and it was missing all of the toppings besides cheese and the one thing I asked to be taken off.

I ordered 4 tacos. I get the tacos here app the time and usualy love them. But this time every songle taco was 90% suace. The amount of taco sauce put into these tacos was ridiculous. They were a soupy mess where you could only tast taco sauce.

got the munchies meal. couldn't eat any of it. everything that touched the fryer was burnt, and the tacos had a ridiculous amount of taco sauce. So much that the wrapper and bun for my double jack was mush. Every wrapper was mush from being covered in taco sauce. never ordering from here again.
