18pc Smoke Show Smoky BBQ Crispy Boneless Wings Were over cooked and kinda flavorless.
The Large Big Smashed Jack™ Combo had a black burnt meat on it.
The sprite was delicious though...

The last 2 times I've ordered during the Night shift this sandwich has come with lettuce tomatoes and no bacon. Large Bacon & Swiss Buttery Smashed Jack™ Combo This Employee or Employees doesn't know How to make the burger. That or the picture is lieing and the sandwich I want no longer exists

the food was cold. the driver let me know when she got it so it was not the driver. size of fries was tiny. I was very disappointed.Use to love Jack in the box. Can't see spending so much for poor quality.
