The Large Vanilla Sweet Cream Iced Coffee was gross. It was super thick yet not sweet so it must have been the wrong ratio of whatever coffee concentrate they use. It also didn't look the same color as the picture, it was way darker.

My Sausage Croissant had this mystery sauce on it which shouldn't have been on it, instead of syrup I was give "Sweet and Sour Sauce" for my 6pc Classic French Toast Sticks, and my hashbrown hard and solid from what it looked like, over frying. I couldn't even try it, it was so crumbly and hard.

The Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger™ , Sourdough Jack® and Jumbo Jack® Cheeseburger were cold and overcooked. The Jumbo Jack® Cheeseburger also had no sauce. the Large Curly Fry was cold.
