• DoorDash orderMy Sausage Croissant had this mystery sauce on it which shouldn't have been on it, instead of syrup I was give "Sweet and Sour Sauce" for my 6pc Classic French Toast Sticks, and my hashbrown hard and solid from what it looked like, over frying. I couldn't even try it, it was so crumbly and hard.

• DoorDash orderThe Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger™ , Sourdough Jack® and Jumbo Jack® Cheeseburger were cold and overcooked. The Jumbo Jack® Cheeseburger also had no sauce. the Large Curly Fry was cold.

• DoorDash orderMy order of a Jumbo Jack® and Large French Fry and Large Barq's® Root Beer was delicious! The burger came just as I ordered it. The fries were semi-hot, but didn't expect them to be screaming hot because of the delivery, so still at a 5 star! I was especially impressed with the way my order was secured, the bag taped closed, the drink taped closed and the straw secured to the bag. So many restaurants could care less, Jack in the Box does it RIGHT! Thank you. Yummy, yummy
