The smashburger is among the worst burgers I have ever tried, anywhere! Absolutely awful.
It seems the classic tacos are not what they once were either. It really tastes like JnB is cheapening their products and think we won't notice.
What a disappointment for $20.

Ive had a consistent issue of them giving me the bbq instead of Nashville hot chicken, Nashville hot chicken is easily the best flavor for the popcorn chicken.

Ordered two pumpkin croisaants orders, there was no quality control. All 12 croissants were fully over re-heated too many times before it got to me. There was no pumpkin filling or cinnamon and all were hard, dark and burnt. Not a single good bite. I ordered these a few days ago and they were delicious, today they were real bad , my dog would not even eat them! The person who filled my bags must have been like " hahahjajajaj hope he dont break atoith " jajaj. $20 for old reheated food is not cool in my book. See pictures...

Ordered the bacon platter with French toast sticks. Ordered an extra egg that wasn't received. Nor was there any syrup for the French toast. Eggs were ok. Bacon was fine. Wished I had syrup for the French toast sticks so I didn't eat those.

We didn't receive our Large Chocolate Shake, and the Large Curly Fry were cold and tasted stale. This is the second time we've ordered from this location, and we had missing and cold items both times.
