they need to get it together! they don't pay attention to the order and give you incorrect items. Salads are over priced and didn't have hardly any Chicken, jumbo jack burger had old lettuce, this place is getting as bad as McDonald's.

Bun is crunchy, the tacos are stale, my fries were not even hot but soggy. I will NOT ever order for this store again!!!! beyond disappointed

I ordered a meal and wanted an Oreo shake. my Dasher called to let me know that the machine was down and what I would like to have for a replacement, I said Dr pepper. she also said that the milk shake is more so she got them to give me cheesecake. Jack in the box should have the milk shake option not available. that's false advertising. I'm glad that the Dasher called me to let me know. thank you
