BOTH of the fries were barely half full with napkins stuffed in filling up the rest of the containers, the fries were also cold n starting to get hard, I had asked the dasher to ask the store for more fries since I was waiting for 45 min and the manager David refused to give the order fresh fries, I shouldn't spend 35$ for 2 soggy burgers n half full fries that r cold!! the only thing that was decent was the drinks, n even they were kinda watered down

Had to order Jack Box since my Buffalo wild wings was bad. it actually even taste better. My Hash brown was even hot and fresh. Heck yeah, Jack in the Box wtg! 😘 oh I hope the cake is yummy.

burger had a teaspoon worth of sauce and didn't even have the onion, only pickle lmao . tacos weren't bad just barely sauced by comparison to previous. usually food is always good, probably just the shift . won't be ordering on a Sunday night again 😒

tiny tacos were just thrown in the box with fillings on top- not good. BUT the egg rolls are addicting! best i've ever had! and the churros are sooooo good, perfect amount of sweetness. i can't stop ordering these two items.

Ordering from this specific JnB i got an Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger™ with no top or bottom bun and a Sourdough Jack® that wasn't even toasted. Everything else was fine and satisfactory besides the 2 burgers that i had customized.
