smashed jack was really good, the flavor isn't like other jack in the box burgers . wish it wasn't over $10 for just a cheeseburger

Paid for an extra patty for my burger still got a single patty. Asked for onions rings and they were almost burnt. I was disappointed honestly, I never had bad service from this Jack before this order.

The fries are so salty they burnt my tongue. They were not even hot. Like the bottom fries no one wanted. The bottom of the fires they kept re-salting.
