The french toast sticks were literally rock hard and not edible. The burger was overcooked & the bun was stale and hard. What a waste of money! Almost feel like this was done on purpose. I have never had this bad experience at Jack in the Box.

Burger was meh... Dry, cold and smashed. Apparently the side salad isn't a thing? Should probably update it on the menu so people don't order it.
