I ordered Sauced and Loaded Tiny Tacos and got completely dry tiny tacos. Because of Door Dash Refund policies, I cannot ask for a refund or a new item. RIDICULOUS.

Missed the requested sauce, no Ketchup for the fries and their request option is disabled so we couldn't ask in our order. Jalapeño popers tasted freezer burned, the vanilla shake was delicious 😋 The shake was not sealed for a sanitary delivery, it should have a sealed lid!
