Surprised that the food was actually perfectly cooked. Not dry or soggy, but perfect. who ever has gotten hired recently at this jack in the box did really good!

They must have run out of sour dough buns, and the patty is dry. I am disappointed because that was the main reason I chose this restaurant. The fries, dipping sauce, and shake were great!
