The food is always good but the service is horrible. They constantly forget items on my order and even forget whole meals. I bet Doordash has literally given me hundreds of dollars in credits for missing items etc.

I got a strawberry shake and a vanilla shake w/ boba and the strawberry shake was amazing!!! The vanilla Shake w/ boba on the other hand, was mid the Shake part was good but the boba overall was hard amd crunchy and as a boba lover I know boba isn't supposed to be like that!?!

Missing an order of churros, Dr. Pepper was watered down (ordered with no ice, must be low syrup in machine), and burger came without any veggies. Otherwise, warm and delicious and everything else came out great.

ordered the jacks spicy chicken munchie Build Your Own Munchie Meal and ordered onion rings as one of the sides... I got THREE onion rings 🤦🏻♀️little ones. this store is just awful
