Missing sauces and no way of paying/ordering sauces. Missing poppers, skimped out on fries. Sad

The order was cold. My French toast was hard over fried. Do not order from this Jac n the box. The eggs Were horrible and the bacon and sausage were extr bad.

I know workers know we can't eat these burgers with no sauce. I just need ranch that's it. Burger was fire tho.

Wow amazing service. I've ordered from this exact jack n the box several times before and never gave I received such great service, food, and packing before. My food was hot and fresh, I received everything I asked for and even extra sauce & proper utensils. Not sure what has changed but keep it up!
