I usually love Jack in the Box, but I was incredibly disappointed this time. My drink was a Coke when it was supposed to be Dr Pepper, and my burger was gross. The lettuce had black spots, the beef patty was so dry it was crunchy and the bread was stale. I couldn't take more than a few bites before I was just done.

pretty disappointed, $25 dollars worth of food to only get 3 and a half onion rings, ordered the two tacos with extra taco cheese I only see one slice in each, hamburger is edible. Gave 3 stars cuz well at least I can eat 🥴

The hamburger patties were cold. I dont understand what all the hype was about this place but my family will not be returning. The prices are fair but thats the only thing about this place. I had the Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack® , it wasn't buttery more draped with mayonnaise than anything. The onion rings and fries tasted a day old. It was just overall nasty.

They overcooked everything and my food was cold. I love Jack in the box so I'm willingto give them another shot but whoever's running the fryer needs to ease up on the cooking time. My curly fries were hard and my jalapeño poppers were rock solid and black. Being im at work and was starving I made due. Ive had Jack in the box many times but this one by far has been the worse.

So overpriced. I ordered the Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger. Tasted ok. But I can get a bigger burger off the dollar menu from other restaurants. The shake was ok, but definitely not worth what I paid for it. The fries were just meh. I probably won't be going back.
