Haven't had jack in the box in years. Remembered why tonight. Fries were chewy, tacos were old and had zero lettuce or cheese on them. And where's the sauce? No taco sauce, no buttermilk sauce, even when it was included with the items. But it was fast I guess

My bags were sealed and my tacos were missing. My husband happened to be passing by the store and so he ran in to ask about them and they blamed the dasher. Said he must've forgot them. I don't know how he was supposed to know they weren't in the sealed bag. I also paid to upgrade my fries to curly fries and got a large ice cold order of half curly/ half straight fries. I dont like to leave bad reviews- but come on.
My husband ordered his own separate order since he was in the store already- and he also ended up with half and half ice cold fries. This store used to be better than the Pasadena Blvd store- always hot, fresh, and correct- but I guess we'll go back and try that store.
