there was a strange whole on my lid on my soda looked burned . it was under the sticker on the lid. also sauce would be nice just because it's door dash doesn't mean you shouldn't offer sauce for the food

Jack in the box always has the best food. From the original Whopper with cheese to the chicken sandwiches. Nice variety and friendly people.

the chicken was hard to eat being that is easy over cooked. fries were cold.
the ultimate cheeseburger was soaked in sauces which made the burger hard to eat.

The food was cold when it arrived. Also, I ordered large curly fries, and the boxes were half full. Very disappointing!

No cherries or whip on shake, chicken strips were burnt, ordered curly fries got regular fries with few curly fries on top and wasn't even full
