im pregnant and all i ordered was a Large Curly Fry and oh my lorddyyyy bless this store they gave me a lil extra on the bottom of the bag and i can just say they are beautiful human beings. whover worked that shift needs a thank you please. have a good day

Management please look in to what is being sent out! I gave my burger to my dogs .. it was so dry with slimy tiny toppings ,except for the 2 enormous pieces of lettuce that was nasty!! This whole meal was nasty and I regret spending money here

Don't get me wrong, their sandwiches are delicious but every time I order boba, the tapioca pearls are ALWAYS raw.
Tapioca pearls are supposed to be soft and chewy; but their boba is hard, lumpy, and starchy in the middle. Tapioca can be dangerous when consumed undercooked or just COMPLETELY FREAKING RAW.
The chicken in my Large Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club Combo sandwich was yum. Large Bacon Double Smashed Jack™ Combo was also yum. But they BARELY put sauce on my Classic Sauced & Loaded Waffle Fries and Spicy Sauced & Loaded Waffle Fries!!!
Last time I went up to the actual store they told me the bacon ranch sauce was out of season. Guess what? It's not. Get better employees Jack in the Box. They lie to customers to make their lives easier but when I ask at the drive thru, just grab the dang sauce.
They seriously had the time to grab regular ranch but couldn't just grab the bacon ranch that was most likely RIGHT next to it.
I am extremely unsatisfied. Jesus.
This was $60 BTW
