old burnt curly fries and burnt burger meat..... and was only refunded 5$ on a 30$ order.

The onion rings were cold, & not thoroughly cooked. The smashed burger was just OK, not worth the money. Overall disappointed by the experience, but Jack usually does a better job.

Food is always good! Shakes are AMAZING!! Im SO HOOKED on the Oreo shake. Burgers are always good. The hamburger meat tastes like a BBQ'd hamburger & fries are always good. All I have left to say is YUM YUM YUM!

Chicken Teriyaki Bowl is just as good as it always is. The Large Double Bonus Jack® Combo is tasty but the burger itself is quite small, much smaller than expected and not like the photo at all. 2 Monster Tacos were alright but the regular size has a more balanced ratio of meat to cheese to tortilla. The Mummy Wrapped Monster Taco was just a mess; loads of soggy lettuce and globs of nacho cheese in an old, hard flour tortilla. 2/10 wouldn't try that one again
