First they didn't have it ready-had to make the coffee..then gave me the wrong order.. once I was given everything...my coffee is mocha a not vanilla & hash browns are soggy...they had several people working & only me in the lobby & one car in the drive-thru. If they're this bad at a slow time, I'd hate to see what happens at busy times!
