This was by far the worst order I've ever had from Jack N the Box. I was excited to try the smash burger. It was so dry. The meat is dry and there was literally no sauce on the burger. They make it look so good in the picture. I had Onion rings instead of fries. They were cold and I'm pretty sure they were either from yesterday or possibly early in the morning. I couldn't even chew them. I will never order from this location ever again. Terrible!

my Curly Fries were fire as always but my Homestyle Ranch Chicken Club it was trash it had no sauce, and the Good Good Sauce Dip Cup was missing from my order. The chicken patty was very hard, cold and tasted old like they had made it the day prior. I'm very disappointed because in the past I've bought the sandwich and it was amazing so what happened Jack in the box what happened y'all need to get it together because you're about to fall off with your food.... respectfully!!!
