Everything was fresh & packed really well! This jack & the box never disappoints. I can bet its always going to be fresh

Buttery Large Bacon & Swiss Buttery Smashed Jack™ Combo - burger was overcooked and dry. Buttery garlic sauce was barely noticable, and bun was over toasted. For a "premium" burger, the quality and size was severly lacking.

Sourdough bread was not toasted and burger was over cooked. Was only offered $5 as a refund on a $15 sandwich, didnt realize my fries and drink were each worth $5

Fries in the munchie meal I ordered were stale. Sandwich wasn't even put together, they just threw 2 pieces of chicken and two buns in the box. I highly recommend staying away from this place.

Tacos tasted like they have been sitting for an hour, they were cold and gross. My shake had no cover to it. So it was just open at the top. Ive always had problems going through the drive thru so I thought I try door dash. I will just eat jack in the box on Rankin Hwy from now on.
