the fries were stale and cold which it shouldn't have been because this jack in the box is 5 minutes away from me

The Jumbo Egg Rolls (3) were very good and not greasy. The Large Jumbo Jack® Cheeseburger Combo was MISSING the drink, the fries were nearly cold, but the burger itself was good but barely warm.
