The food was hot and fresh. The only problem was a large soda was missing.

my "large box of Large 50/50 Popcorn Chicken Combo " wasnt a large at all , also Triple Cheese & Bacon Sauced & Loaded Fries where good but cold and the shake was melted but their original Oreo shake way better

On the app it shows the mega munchie box comes with a lot of dipping sauce on the side. One would think that when one orders the mega munchie box that it would come with what's shown. That's called false advertisement. So here we are with loads of DRY food. And to think you had ONE job.

My Jumbo Jack with cheese I could not eat. It tasted funny and the bottom bun was hard. Not edible.
