Large Ultimate Cheeseburger™ Combo was cold and had clearly been sitting for a long time. Fries also very old and room temperature. The food is crazy expensive now and the portions are diminished. Keep looking as you will be disappointed.

only the egg rolls and fries seemed to be quality befitting the price. the chicken and onion rings have a weird flavor to them and the sandwich has nearly no toppings.

The Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack was SAD. I felt hugely ripped off for the price. I used to eat at Jack in the box a great deal years back and the Buttery Jack was one of my favorites. But the portion size has PLUMMETED since then. I was extremely disappointed to pay $18 post tax and tip for a "large" combo that amounted to a Burger the size of a glorified dollar menu offering, fries that would barely be considered "medium" anywhere else, and a drink so unreasonably gigantic I had to throw most of it away because it got gross before I could finish it. If I had paid five dollars for this meal of a dollar menu I would have been thrilled. And of course I knew I would pay extra for the delivery, this being Door Dash. At almost $14 of subtotal for my large combo meal though, I feel robbed.

I have them a few chances but they have been a big disappointment. Sourdough Jack dry bread un touched no toasting or grilled as expected. Also don't order shakes at night you will end up empty handed.
