I don't know who's been cooking at the location lately but they're smash burgers when they have been delivered are perfect!! I get my custom ordered and they always have come the way I ask and they're not sloppy they're hot they're juicy they look great!, which I'm sorry to say Jack in the box when we get delivery our food's pretty crappy looking! there's been many times where I wish I could have taken it back if I could have because of the lack of care! but my past two deliveries have been amazing no mess ups! still doesn't mean you get away with all the other stuff that you guys have done the lack of care and making sure that the order is correct is ridiculous by the workers doesn't take that much to look!

This order was horrible, dry and cold. Curl fries were stale and hard and the Large Bacon Ultimate Cheeseburger™ Combo was dry..
