the burrito was light , very little egg,and no sauce. The burger was small and dry and tasted old. Tacos were old and stale and they had no taco sauce at all..... no communication with workers there / attitude from drive thru person.... haven't had Jack in the box in a long time but really don't even want too cuz of this place. Had better Burgers at other places, Jack has really lost its touch on making burgers.

I got large bacon and Swiss buttery Jack and it was okay not the best burger and they took so long with the orginal order door dash called me and asked would I like to cancel the order and get a refund or reorder for a fresher order and because I was at work and couldnt leave I Asked could they redo the order the second time around didnt take long the food was fresh the burger was dry tho the fries were good and so was the drink

I was disappointed to discover that my order of tiny tacos lacked the essential component of avocado lime ranch sauce, which significantly contributes to the overall flavor profile of the dish. Upon opening the bag, I was dismayed to find the absence of this crucial ingredient. As a regular patron of your establishment, I expect consistency and attention to detail in every order. I hope this oversight can be addressed to ensure a more satisfactory dining experience in the future.
