Usually we love Jack in theBox but this time nothing was cooked fully, not even the fries. It was all very cold and fries were raw, eggrolls still frozen in the middle. Maybe they were super but $60 on half frozen food is crazy.

everything was delicious and arrived fresh and hot. the Large Ultimate Cheeseburger™ Combo combo was good sized with the large root beer and extra ice, just as ordered. I substituted the jalapenos and they were my favorite part of the meal. as an extra side, I ordered the Crispy Chicken Strips (3) and they were moist, dipping was the BBQ and Good Good sauce. lastly, the Chocolate Overload™ Cake was moist with a good amount of chocolate drizzle.

I ordered earlier at lunch. Hated the burger due to a strange after taste obviously not caused by the chicken itself, although i loved the chicken strips and curly fries, I ordered them for my dinner around 00:30. I had 2 strips (completely fine) then i bit into the 3rd one and it had that strange taste again.. Tasted the same as the chicken burger i previously had, i'm unsure if it was the cooker or a specific fryer as the first couple of strips were lovely but it's not enable the last ones the same as my burger for lunch! I was convinced earlier it was just the burger I was tasting was bad and ordered the strips again as i really enjoyed them but i'm obviously mistaken. I apologise if this is very rude and inconsiderate but i payed 23$ for this to be delivered.. I wouldn't even pay half that back home in Ireland for fast food.

They didn't put the sticker seal. They also put ice when told not to. but other than that the food was FIRE🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

My strawberry Red Daze Red Bull Infusion w/ Red Bull® Energy was not filled to the top and it tasted horrible. Ive had it before and this one tasted just like watered down redbull not even a hint of strawberry
