• DoorDash order This was incredibly dry and flavorless. The burges were beyond repair. No sauce or tomatoes on the butter jack , the bun was stale and the jumbo jack was way over cooked and just not good. Definitely disappointed.

• DoorDash orderJack's Spicy Chicken® w/ Cheese this was the most mother cluckin spicy chicken sandwich I've ever had from a fast food restaurant. Also the chicken Chicken Nuggets (10) are far better than McDonald's. Juicy and tender. Om nom nom!

• DoorDash orderThe missing star is for the 2 missing sweet&sour packages for my egg rolls on the order. Also it would have been nice to have taco sauce for my wife's tacos, and ketchup for her fries. And more than 4 napkins for us would have also been kind.
Aren't these things just the usual and expected stuff when ordering fried foods and wonderful drippy burgers or gooey melted sandwiches? Messy but still tasted good.
So- to all you fast food managers-
Get it right folks and we'll love you.
Get it messed up and it'll cost you customers. And losing customers
means losing money.
I hope someone is paying attention.
