My experience with jack in the box's items were amazing the jacks spicy chicken sandwich was crispy and warm when I got it, I enjoyed the spice levels it had. The sides were good too I highly recommend the curly fries because of how crispy and well seasoned they are, and the 4pc Mozzarella Sticks were still very hot and melty they had a thin crispy out layer that coats your mouth with the flavor of cheese.

I feel like my fries wer never fresh i do not work that far from this particular locations but they were cold and hard! Didnt even get to enjoy them with my meal i get its late i work graveyard but these fries were literally hard like prop food smh like they were sitting out whoever made this meal for me is outta line! On top of me paying $20 omg

I feel and know that these fastfood restaurants treat home or work order as nothing. Everytime i order on a food app... the food is dry,old or missing something & it never fails. A door order should be treated the same as a in-store order. My Bacon & Swiss Buttery Jack® was dry & old,& one of my daughters Large Vanilla Shake was missing
